Can I exchange a costume for a different size?
Yes, however, the item must be in the original package and saleable. We do encourage you to follow our size chart which differs from regular retail sizing. Costumes tend to be smaller.
How will I know if a costume will fit me?
Costumes run smaller than regular retail store sizes. If you are not sure, call us or e mail us with your measurements and we will tell you if the item you have selected will fit. If not, we may suggest an alternative that is similar.
Do you charge sales tax?
Residents of New York will pay 4% state sales tax plus applicable city, town or county tax upon checkout.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping in most instances will be via United States Postal Service ground unless otherwise specified.

What is your return policy?
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days between January 1 and October 10 in its original packaging in saleable condition. Please open packages carefully so the package heder can be returned with the merchandise. No seasonal merchandise will be accepted for return between October 10 and December 31 except for exchange.
