Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days between January 1 and October 10 in its original packaging in saleable condition.Please open packages carefully so the package header can be returned with the merchandise. No seasonal merchandise will be accepted for return between October 10 and December 31. No exceptions.

(Return policy applies to online shoppers only, when merchandise is shipped out. Does not apply to local in-store shoppers. Please call for any questions regarding our return policy.)

**Shipping charges are non-refundable**

Please note, items such as wigs, makeup, shoes, hosiery etc, are not returnable under any circumstances.

Backorder Policy
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately with an approximate ship date. If an item is no longer available from our supplier, we will also contact you.

Shipping Policies
Shipping in most instances will be via United States Postal Service ground unless otherwise specified.

Damaged Goods Policy
We make every effort to package properly so your order will arrive in top condition. Nothing leaves our facility damaged. Should you receive damaged merchandise, call us and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.
